The form of the transmission line where the turnout is located is divided into pneumatic switch and manual switch (Fig. 2-40). Pneumatic switch is mainly composed of cylinder, fixed components and switch swing rod. It is mainly used in the transformation between conveyor and conveyor line or manual pushing line. Due to the different walking directions of the production line, pneumatic switches are divided into right inward travel, right outward travel, left inward travel and manual switch
There are four forms of left outward walking. Manual switch
It is mainly composed of pull rope, switch swing rod and fixed components. It is mainly used to change the walking direction between the tracks of the manual pushing line for livestock carcass processing. Due to the different walking direction of the manual push line, the manual turnout can be divided into four forms: right straight, right inclined, left straight and left inclined.
